Proprietary Technology

The DryCare
System.

A 2 complete departure from conventional carpet cleaning. No dry time, no residue, no disruption — just a precisely engineered dry process that outperforms everything you've used before.

See How It Works

Before DryCare.
After DryCare.
The difference is visible.

Most people have never seen a dry carpet cleaning system operate. The first time they witness it, the reaction is the same — surprise, then curiosity, then a question: why hasn't this always been the standard? Walk through what actually happens, from the moment we arrive to the moment we leave.

Arrival

We arrive on schedule.

Uniformed technicians arrive at the agreed time with all equipment. A brief walkthrough confirms the scope, identifies any problem areas, and establishes access protocols with your team.

Zero Surprises
Preparation

Pre-vacuum and assess.

The area is vacuumed to lift loose surface debris. Fiber type, soiling patterns, and high-traffic zones are mapped. Stains are identified and flagged for targeted treatment during the process.

Thorough Preparation
Application

Compound is applied.

Our proprietary compound is applied and activated across the carpet — preceded by a light prespray that primes the fibers. Unlike conventional extraction which saturates carpet backing with gallons of hot water, the moisture involved is minimal and the carpet is dry immediately. The compound encapsulates soil particles at the molecular level on contact.

Encapsulation Begins
Agitation

Brushes drive it deep — and lift.

Because the dual rotors turn inward toward each other, they do two things simultaneously: drive the compound deep through the full depth of the carpet pile, and physically lift the fibers as they work. This restores the full, healthy appearance of the pile — especially in traffic lanes where years of compression have left it looking permanently flat and worn.

Pile Lifted & Restored
Extraction

Everything is extracted.

The compound — now fully loaded with encapsulated soil — is extracted using commercial-grade vacuum equipment. What's removed is the compound plus all the soil it bonded to. Nothing is left behind.

Zero Residue
Inspection

We inspect before we leave.

The technician walks the cleaned area with your facilities contact, confirming results are visible and meeting standard. Any areas requiring a second pass are addressed before equipment is packed.

Verified On-Site
Documentation

Full service report provided.

A written service report covering area cleaned, compound applied, technician sign-off, and any observations is provided before we leave. Your facility records stay complete and audit-ready.

Fully Documented
Result

Your facility is open.

Carpet is dry. Facility is fully operational. No cones, no signs, no waiting period. Walk on it, run events on it, open your doors — the moment we finish, you're done too.

Step by Step

Four steps.
Zero dry time. Immediate results.

Every DryCare service follows the same proprietary four-step protocol. No shortcuts, no variations — the same precise process, every time, on every contract.

01

Assess & Prepare

Before any product touches your carpet, our technician conducts a thorough evaluation of fiber type, soiling patterns, traffic zones, and any problem areas. The space is then pre-vacuumed to remove loose surface debris.

What We Evaluate
  • Carpet fiber type and construction
  • Soiling level and distribution
  • High-traffic lane identification
  • Stain mapping and spot treatment needs
  • Pre-existing damage or wear patterns
02

Apply & Activate

Our proprietary organic dry compound is distributed evenly across the carpet. The compound immediately begins attracting and bonding with soil, oil, and contaminant particles at the molecular level — without introducing any moisture.

Compound Properties
  • Organic, biodegradable formulation
  • pH balanced — safe for all fiber types
  • No VOCs, no harsh chemicals
  • Begins encapsulating soil on contact
  • Leaves zero sticky residue
03

Agitate & Work In

Our counter-rotating brush machine turns inward, simultaneously driving the compound deep into every layer of the carpet pile and lifting the fibers as it works. This restores the full, healthy appearance of the pile — and is particularly effective at recovering traffic lanes where compression has flattened fibers over time.

Machine Specifications
  • Counter-rotating dual brush system
  • Adjustable depth for pile height
  • Uniform pressure distribution
  • Safe on all commercial carpet systems
  • Low noise — suitable for occupied spaces
04

Extract & Complete

The compound — now fully loaded with encapsulated soil — is extracted from the carpet using commercial-grade vacuum equipment. What's left is a clean, dry carpet with no residue, no moisture, and no waiting. Your facility is immediately ready for full use.

End Result
  • Carpet is dry — zero wait time
  • No sticky residue to attract new soil
  • Fibers restored, not damaged
  • Verifiable results — visible on site
  • Full service documentation provided

Why Dry Cleaning

Water is the
root cause
of most problems.

Hot water extraction — the industry standard for decades — solves one problem while creating six more. Saturating carpet backing and subfloor with water causes fiber degradation, mold risk, rapid re-soiling from detergent residue, and hours of downtime.

DryCare eliminates water from the equation entirely. The result isn't just a cleaner carpet — it's a fundamentally better outcome on every measurable dimension.

The Technology

Engineered at
the fiber level.

The DryCare system isn't a single product — it's a precisely engineered combination of proprietary compound chemistry, mechanical agitation technology, and professional protocol that produces consistent, verifiable results.

Encapsulation Chemistry

The dry compound uses a polymer-based encapsulation technology. Each compound particle bonds to soil and oil molecules, fully surrounding and isolating them so they can be mechanically extracted without spreading or redepositing.

Counter-Rotating Brush System

Our proprietary machine uses dual counter-rotating brushes that turn inward toward each other. This inward rotation does something conventional cleaning machines cannot — it lifts the carpet pile as it works, rather than flattening it.

Standardized Protocol

Every DryCare service follows a documented, standardized protocol. Technician training, compound ratios, machine settings, and dwell times are controlled variables — eliminating the inconsistency.
