We serve government buildings, courthouses, libraries, and healthcare facilities every day — accessibility isn't an afterthought for us, it's part of how we hold ourselves to a better standard, online and on-site.
DryCare is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to make that possible. Accessibility reflects the same standard we bring to our physical service delivery: consistent, documented, and built for everyone who relies on the space — whether that's a carpet in a public building or a page on our website.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the internationally recognized benchmark for web accessibility, and to be mindful of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, which is relevant to many of the government facilities and agencies we serve.
Text alternatives, sufficient color contrast, and content that doesn't rely on color or shape alone to convey meaning.
Navigation and interactive elements — including our cost estimator and quote form — that can be used with a keyboard.
Clear labeling, consistent navigation, and plain-language content across every page of the Site.
To support accessibility on drycare.com, we work to:
drycare.com is designed to be compatible with current and recent versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, and with commonly used assistive technologies such as screen readers (e.g., NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and screen magnification software. Using an outdated browser version may affect how well accessibility features perform.
Despite our efforts, some areas of the Site may not yet be fully accessible. Known or possible limitations include decorative visual effects (such as the custom cursor and scroll animations) that are not essential to using the Site and can be disregarded by assistive technology users, and third-party embedded content (such as certification badges) that we do not fully control. We are actively working to identify and address any remaining gaps.
If you encounter any content or functionality on drycare.com that you believe is not accessible, please tell us. We treat every report the same way we treat a service issue on-site: we document it, investigate it, and follow up.
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of drycare.com. If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of the Site, or need assistance accessing information in an alternative format, please contact us using any of the methods below. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within a reasonable timeframe and to provide the information or service you need through an alternative method if needed.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix. As we add new pages, tools, and features to drycare.com — including updates to our product pages and cost estimator — we review them against our accessibility standards before publishing. We periodically reassess the Site as a whole and update this statement to reflect our current practices and any changes in applicable standards.
Call us and we'll get you the information or service you need, right away.
